The Machine

$800/Month

The Benchmark plus the following additions and changes.

  • Up to 30 end-users (Servers included)

  • Includes an average of 15 hours per month. *Quarterly cleaning of all computers in the office.

  • Active data retention for all office machines.++

  • Audio/Visual support.

  • Phone and Tablet Repair (parts not included)

  • 20% Discount on additional services and bulk hour contracts.

Terms & Conditions: One (1) year written agreement required to secure contracted pricing. Full annual payment due upon signing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Early termination requires payment of 50% of the remaining unpaid contract balance, plus any outstanding invoices. Services limited strictly to those outlined in the signed agreement; additional services require prior written approval and may incur additional charges. Scheduled service calls apply only to the contracting business entity and approved business equipment; personal devices and personal use are excluded unless separately contracted. Phone repairs include screen replacement only unless otherwise specified. Hardware repair may include televisions, computers, mobile phones, and tablets. All replacement parts, specialty components, and third-party materials are billed separately. Emergency services are provided at the sole discretion of Services by JGr3g, include up to a four (4) hour troubleshooting window, and may incur additional fees; resolution time is not guaranteed. Client is solely responsible for maintaining current data backups. Services by JGr3g is not liable for data loss, pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No modifications to this agreement are valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

*=Quarterly cleaning consists of updates of all needed software/hardware. (Adobe, Java, Windows, Anti-Virus, Drivers etc.) Mild infection removal, temp file clean up, registry sweep, and optimization of machines. These will be scheduled according to accommodations.
**=Remote support provided by TeamViewer
***=Trainings must be one hour at least, I will provide documentation as well as handouts.
+= If extended repair is needed, the suspect in question can be taken off-site for repair.
++=Active Data Retention Product will be provided by Veeam or Carbonite, storage not included.
